This is 4 week program, all virtual. 

  • Personalized Training Plan tailored to your goals.
  • Weekly Check-Ins to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.
  • Optional FaceTime/Calls for guidance or support.
  • One Virtual Workout Per Week for personalized feedback and motivation.
  • Progress Tracking with measurements and updates every two weeks.

Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation, where we discuss your goals, review any past injuries, and create a personalized plan. Measurements are optional, and together we’ll develop a strategy to fit your needs and lifestyle.
